Job Description On behalf of our client, an international agricultural company with offices worldwide, we are seeking qualified candidates to be considered for the position of Information Technology and ERP Manager. This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package! Full-time direct hire. Reporting to General Manager.

Overview: Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions to include the following:
Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Candidate Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following skills, education and/or experience:

The candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business (IT Systems Management or related fields) with a minimum of five to seven years experience. Masters a plus but not a requirement. The candidate will be able to manage the following:

Microsoft Office systems including the MS Exchange and MS Office Suite
System networking, server maintenance and internet provider
Telephony system including VOIP ERP system, ABS (Agriculture Business Systems)
o Data entry into ABS and Help Desk o Collaborate with ABS ERP to upgrade systems
o Work with consultant to learn and understand the international Interface with ABS o Custom or off the shelf systems to ABS such as our Business Intelligence Warehouse, Sage (Accounting and HR), Crystal Reports (Reporting), Concur (Expense Reporting and Travel), etc.
Manage Hardware purchasing for Computers, Printers, Office Telephones and Cellular Services
Provide or arrange for training to employees in all systems (Office, Garoon, ABS, etc.)
Develop and Manage Internet and IT Security Protocols
Manage company Public Drive and create Passcoded folders for sensitive company information
Improve cloud technology for storage of data
