Job Description On behalf of our client, a national professional liability insurance company that specializes in risk management education for its architectural and engineering clientele, we are seeking and accepting resumes for immediate consideration for the position of Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join its Carmel, CA team. This is a direct hire opportunity eligible for excellent benefits package.

Summary: Responsible for database management of over 2,000 users, posting library articles and courses, creating quizzes, setting up new users, providing technical support, system testing, training, enrollment assistance and customer service for all users, and reporting on user activity. The LMS Administrator would also lead data integration efforts with other company systems. User adoption is critical, so the LMS Administrator would also help market and promote usage of this new system. Full job description available.

Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have prior LMS Administration experience, outstanding PowerPoint skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Other important competencies include quality and detail orientation, project coordination/management, and strong written and verbal communication. Experience as an educator, trainer, or instructional/course designer is a plus. Following are preferred qualifications:
BR> Learning Management System administration experience (specific experience with the Docebo LMS platform a plus) or a minimum of two years in training administration.
Bachelors Degree (Associates Degree may be considered)
Strong previous experience in customer support
Two years experience developing content or curriculum
Knowledge of one of more of the following software: Articulate Engage, Articulate Presenter, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, WebEx/WebEx Event Center, Go To Meeting/Go To Webinar.
Familiarity with Basic HTML coding, as well as Style Sheet (CSS) coding
Experience capturing, editing and converting images and video to multiple formats.
Understanding or principles of adult learning and instruction design
