Job Description Join the fastest growing Case IH dealer in North America at their Salinas, CA location. On behalf of our client, we are seeking qualified and ambitious individuals for consideration who will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of this dealership as its General Manager. This is a full-time opportunity direct hire offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

The following is a summary of the role (other responsibilities may be assigned and/or required):

The General Manager is responsible for all branch operations including sales, service, overseeing shipping and receiving, warehouse management, inventory controls, paperwork processing, and maintaining all branch quality to corporate standards while adhering to established policies, procedures, practices, and regulations. The General Manager will work closely with management to grow market share by reaching established sales and service targets.

Additional responsibilities include:
Develop, implement and oversee branch and department budgets and P&Ls
Manage sales staff and marketing of equipment and other product lines in the branch
Keen focus on business planning, strategic thinking, innovative, analytical and communication skills
Proven managerial ability to include financial management, marketing experience and solid understanding of sales and operations
Promote a culture of safety
Developing of staff and succession planning including motivating employees at all levels
Positive change agent
Candidate Requirements Ideal candidate will have the ability to successfully perform the above noted responsibilities; Additionally, will have the following skills, education and experience (a combination of same may be considered):

 Superior customer service ~ Willingness and ability to provide exceptional customer service to each customer.

 Diverse knowledge of agriculture equipment
 Proven success with consultative sales approach, relationship building and account management
 Quantifiable history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
 Outstanding track record of leading others, influencing decision and making a positive impact.
 Bachelors Degree preferred
 Minimum of 5 years experience in selling capital goods in an industrial environment.
 Experience in a management capacity including budgeting and cost containment.
 Ability to travel - 25%, or as business deems necessary.
